The technology architecture and process that e-Writer is built on were adopted by many of AIG’s business and technology units, and duplicated by several competitors.

The Surety Bond market is one of the largest and most liquid in the world. AIG is a major player in this market, underwriting surety of dams, bridges and almost every kind of major infrastructure project around the globe. SVT project team built a state of the art Internet application that allows AIG underwriters and brokers to quote and bind new surety business from anywhere in the world.
Comprehensive Courier Logistics System:
Velocity Express (Nasdaq:VEXP) is the largest nationwide network of customized, time critical delivery solutions and the leading provider of scheduled, distribution and expedited point to point delivery services to multi-location blue chip. SVT is building a state-of-the art comprehensive system to replace the old system, for approximately $ 3 million that will be of similar caliber as the FedEx or UPS proprietary systems.
Global Asset Management System:
At Salomon Smith Barney unit of Citigroup, SVT has replaced Deloitte and Touche to build a web-based global asset management reporting system for use of retail customers as well as internal and external fund mangers. The proprietary architecture is applicable to several areas of Salomon Smith Barney, including Citigroup U.K.

At JPMorgan, SVT has a built a distinguished reputation as a company that consistently delivers high quality engineering disciplines and supports very high performance web-based infrastructure. SVT consultants and project managers manage the Foreign Exchange, Emerging Markets, Fixed income and Commodities trading desks in New York and the Intranet Servers.

At Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, SVT consultants and project managers manage the heterogeneous network of Intranet servers and applications for one of the largest foreign exchange trading operations in the world. Velocity Express has outsourced all of their IT services to SVT. Although Velocity IT department budget and spending were increasing much faster than inflation, SVT took over approximately 40 IT employees and offered not only to reduce the spending by 8% within 120 days, but also to hold it flat for the next 3 years. SVT is held accountable by the service level agreement (SLA’s) delivering the same or improved level of IT service to the organization due to improved technology and overall efficiency.
